The Sporlan Secondary Fluid Control is an innovative solution for managing heat exchangers on medium temperature secondary fluid applications. The controller is designed for use with Sporlan SFV series electric valves and eliminates the need for case mounted balancing valves and pulse width (on/off) solenoid controls. It provides unique algorithms to optimize heat exchanger efficiency during start up, after defrosts and steady state conditions. It displays actual liquid entering, liquid leaving and discharge air temperatures. It also allows manual control of the valve position and a commissioning feature to help reduce start up time.
