A ready to use, single component, room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) adhesive/sealant for making 500°F to 600°F gaskets and seals.
The material cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to provide a tough, flexible, waterproof, oil-resistant silicone rubber seal.
The non-sag properties of this ready-to-use sealant allows its use on vertical as well as horizontal surfaces.

Typical applications:

• High temperature (600°F) adhesive: bonds most all substrates including silicone rubber
• Gasket dressing and sealant to upgrade conventional metal and specialty precut gaskets that often fail at 600°F
• Formed-in-place gasket/sealant to replace preformed gaskets that fail to function up to +600°F
• Seal and encapsulate heating elements in electrical appliances up to 500°F continuous operation
• Sealant and adhesive for assembly and repair of industrial furnaces, ovens, boilers, exhaust stacks and high temperature ducting up to 500°F continuous operation
• Resists aging, weather and thermal cycling without shrinking, cracking, or hardening. Fills gaps to .25".
