pRack pR100T is the CAREL solution for control and management of CO2 condensing unit. pRack is the ideal solution to respond to a variety of market requirements, in regards to: high number of inputs and outputs for control needs; innovative management algorithms for energy savings; compatibility with main control market standards.
The hardware is based on a PCO compact platform, a compact solution for managing systems such as condensing units.
pR100T is able to control:

• Compressors (time-rotation-inverter)
• Fans (on/off, EC)
• Control of the HPV valve (optimal algorithm for pressure calculation)
• Adjustment of flash valve (pressure of the receiver-safety devices connected to the HPV)
• Restore procedures (fault synchronisation with case controller)
  The advantage is the easiness in use, thanks to the Wizard the user is guided step by step to perform the first plant configuration. By simply responding to the questions made by automatically made by the tool, pRack can automatically set the main primary parameters necessary for a safe start of the machine.
  The compact solution offers a single control provided with external driver and ultracap for direct management of the HPV and RPRV valves. The scalability of the pRack platform implies the use of the same user interface for this type of applications paying particular attention to the installation costs and the use facilities.
