  • Purchase our products via our online store;

    • The “Feedback” page;
    • The “Technical Support”;

    • Our W-9 Form Request.
  • View information about and register for our sponsored “URI Events,”;
  • Browse our catalog; and
  • Apply to our Refrigerant Banking Program.

  • To operate our United Refrigeration login, technical support, and employment pages for potential hiring, and to facilitate our “URI Events” and Refrigerant Banking services;

  • To comply with applicable legal requirements, industry standards, and our own policies.

You may have the right to request that we disclose to you:

Requests to Delete
You may have the right to request that we delete any Personal Information about you we have collected from you. Upon receiving a verified request to delete your Personal Information, we will do so unless otherwise authorized by law.

Verifiable Requests
We will acknowledge the receipt of requests to know or requests to delete your information free of charge, within 10 days. You may submit requests via the mechanisms given below.

In order to protect your privacy and the security of your Personal Information, we may verify consumer requests by asking you to submit specific pieces of personal information to match with information in our records.

We will respond to your request within 45 days of receipt, after we have successfully verified your identity.

Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell consumers’ Personal Information.

You have a right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of your California privacy rights.

Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. You must provide an authorized agent written permission to submit a request on your behalf, and we may require that you verify your identity directly with us. Alternatively, an authorized agent that has been provided power of attorney pursuant to Probate Code sections 4000-4465 may submit a request on your behalf.

We retain Personal Information about you only for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our website, we do not have any control over third party websites. We cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information that you provide while visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this Privacy Policy. Children

Our website and the Services are not intended for children under the age of 16. Accordingly, we do not intend to collect, sell, or process Personal Information from anyone we know to be under 16 years of age.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We work to protect the security of your transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order, although the entire credit card number is transmitted to appropriate credit card company during order processing. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
